How can i start an employment agency?
Im looking to start an employment agency in the west London area, that will provide workers to the construction trade, in particular labourers. I have the contacts where can get contracts, and i also have the workmen who are looking and ready to do the work.
I just wanted to know what i have to do in terms of registering myself etc, i mean i was thinking of setting up as a sole trader, but then realised as i will be getting people employment through myself maybe i should set up as a company?
